As a Manual Tester at Kuku, you will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure applications deliver smooth and reliable experiences to users. The role involves testing payment flows, subscriptions, transaction systems, mobile applications, and web platforms while maintaining high quality standards across releases.

π§ͺ Manual Testing
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
- Expertise in Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing
- Ability to create detailed test cases and execute test scenarios effectively
π³ Payment Testing
- Hands-on experience in Payment Testing and Payment Gateway validation
- Experience validating:
- Payment Flows
- Transactions
- Subscription Workflows
- Edge Cases in Payment Systems
π± Mobile & Web Application Testing
- Experience testing both Mobile and Web applications
- Understanding of responsive design validation and cross-platform testing
β Automation Testing Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as:
- Selenium
- Appium
- Similar testing frameworks
π€ AI Tools Exposure
- Basic practical exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted workflows in QA processes
π Bug Tracking & Agile
- Experience with tools like Jira and Bugzilla
- Good understanding of:
- STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
- Bug Lifecycle
- Agile Methodologies

As a Manual Tester at Kuku, your role will involve maintaining product quality and ensuring stable releases across applications and payment systems.
β Functional & Regression Testing
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing across web and mobile applications.
β Test Case Design & Execution
Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and testing scenarios covering all major workflows and edge cases.
β Payment Workflow Validation
Validate payment gateways, subscriptions, transactions, and financial workflows to ensure reliability and smooth user experiences.
β Defect Reporting & Tracking
Identify, document, track, and verify defects while collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
β Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to understand requirements and improve overall product quality.
β Agile QA Participation
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint discussions, release planning, and QA reviews.
β Quality Assurance in Startup Environment
Ensure fast, high-quality releases while adapting to the dynamic pace of a startup ecosystem.
