🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Manual Test Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

✅ Analyzing business requirements and functional specifications related to insurance processes.

✅ Understanding workflows such as policy issuance, claims, renewals, and endorsements.

✅ Preparing detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.

✅ Executing Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

✅ Performing API testing using tools like Postman whenever applicable.

✅ Conducting database validation using SQL queries.

✅ Identifying, logging, tracking, and retesting software defects using tools like JIRA or ALM.

✅ Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

✅ Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

✅ Preparing test execution reports and sharing regular status updates with project stakeholders.

✅ Supporting production deployments and carrying out post-release validation activities.

✅ Ensuring compliance with QA standards, testing processes, and documentation practices.
