As an AI Software Engineer at Sutherland, you will:
โ Design, develop, and maintain MCP servers using Python and/or TypeScript.
โ Build scalable AI systems capable of multi-step planning, reasoning, and execution.
โ Develop intelligent agent workflows with tool/function calling capabilities.
โ Implement short-term and long-term memory management for AI agents.
โ Build context-aware execution pipelines with appropriate guardrails.
โ Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including:
- Document ingestion
- Chunking strategies
- Embedding generation
- Vector storage
- Hybrid retrieval mechanisms
โ Implement Graph RAG and Knowledge Graph-based reasoning solutions.
โ Deploy AI systems using AWS Bedrock and related AWS cloud services.
โ Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
โ Write clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code.
โ Participate in architecture discussions and peer code reviews.

โ Strong development experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
