As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

โ Performing invoice validation and registration.
โ Executing two-way and three-way invoice matching.
โ Handling invoice discrepancies and resolving processing errors.
โ Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice-related queries.
๐ณ Payment Operations
โ Preparing payment proposals.
โ Handling payment exceptions and related activities.
๐ข Vendor Account Management (PARMA)
โ Creating vendor accounts.
โ Updating and modifying existing vendor records.
โ Maintaining accurate vendor information in enterprise systems.
