Shift-Based Schedule:

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts as part of the application platform support team.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

As an Application Platform Support Engineer, you will:

βœ… Support banking and trading application platforms used by global clients
βœ… Monitor application health, availability, and operational performance
βœ… Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions
βœ… Analyze incidents and perform root cause investigations
βœ… Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
βœ… Support platform stability, reliability, and performance improvements
βœ… Manage and resolve service requests within defined SLAs
βœ… Participate in shift-based operational support activities
