π Work Location & Shift Timings
Location: Bengaluru (Sarjapur), Karnataka
Shift-Based Schedule:
πΉ 5:30 AM β 2:30 PM IST
πΉ 2:30 PM β 9:30 PM IST
πΉ 9:30 PM β 6:30 AM IST
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts as part of the application platform support team.
π― Key Responsibilities
As an Application Platform Support Engineer, you will:

Support banking and trading application platforms used by global clients
β
Monitor application health, availability, and operational performance
β
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions
β
Analyze incidents and perform root cause investigations
β
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
β
Support platform stability, reliability, and performance improvements
β
Manage and resolve service requests within defined SLAs
β
Participate in shift-based operational support activities
β
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
β
Ensure smooth functioning of critical business applications
β
Create and maintain support documentation and operational procedures
β
Contribute to continuous process improvements and automation initiatives
