🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Participate in projects from inception and help identify testing requirements and strategies.
🔹 Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test conditions.
🔹 Execute System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
🔹 Validate software functionality against business and technical requirements.
🔹 Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
🔹 Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
🔹 Create and maintain testing artifacts including RTM, test reports, defect reports, and test closure documents.
🔹 Provide regular QA status updates to project stakeholders and leadership teams.
