UST is seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst who can translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions. The selected candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Architects, BI teams, and leadership groups to define KPIs, reporting frameworks, business rules, and enterprise data models.

๐ Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Digital, Customer, OMS, Campaign, and other business teams.

Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.

Translate business objectives into technical data specifications and reporting requirements.

Perform impact assessments and gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.

Define and document business rules, reporting logic, and functional requirements.
