As a Functional QA Professional at UST, you will lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across enterprise applications and integrated systems. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent defect management capabilities, and the ability to validate complex business workflows involving finance systems, invoicing processes, supplier transactions, and enterprise integrations.
You will collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, project managers, and QA teams to ensure software solutions meet both business and technical expectations.
This role also offers exposure to AI-powered testing methodologies, automation strategies, ERP validation workflows, and enterprise-scale QA frameworks designed to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.

- Strong experience in end-to-end Functional QA activities

- Hands-on experience validating APIs and backend integrations
- Experience with API workflows, data validation, and integration testing

- Practical experience with Workday integration testing

- Mandatory experience in ERP testing environments

As a Functional QA Professional, you will play a critical role in maintaining software quality across multiple enterprise projects. Your responsibilities will include:
β End-to-End QA Ownership
Lead QA activities for large and complex software projects including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
β Requirement Analysis
Analyze business and technical requirements for completeness, clarity, accuracy, and testability.
β Test Case Design & Execution
Design, prioritize, maintain, and execute:
- Functional Test Cases
- API Test Cases
- Regression Test Suites
- Integration Testing Scenarios
β ERP Workflow Validation
Validate finance-related workflows, supplier invoicing systems, customer transaction flows, and integrated enterprise applications.
β Defect Management
Track, manage, and coordinate defect resolution while ensuring quality compliance and timely closure.
β AI-Driven QA Activities
Leverage AI-assisted tools for test case generation, automation improvements, defect analysis, and testing optimization.
β Collaboration Across Teams
Work closely with developers, business users, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
β Reporting & Quality Metrics
Provide regular QA status reports, quality insights, and testing metrics to project leadership and stakeholders.
β Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Contribute to QA standards, automation frameworks, and process improvement strategies across projects.
