As an SDET Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing robust automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality software delivery. You’ll work closely with developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders in an Agile environment, contributing to both testing strategy and execution.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable automated testing frameworks
- Develop and maintain test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback cycles
- Refactor and optimize scripts for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Ensure high test coverage and proactive defect detection
- Participate in code reviews and maintain automation standards
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript / C#
