As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
π Invoice Processing & EDI
β Performing invoice validation and registration.
β Executing two-way and three-way invoice matching.
β Handling invoice discrepancies and resolving processing errors.
β Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice-related queries.
π³ Payment Operations
β Preparing payment proposals.
β Handling payment exceptions and related activities.
π’ Vendor Account Management (PARMA)
β Creating vendor accounts.
β Updating and modifying existing vendor records.
β Maintaining accurate vendor information in enterprise systems.
